We represent numerous transport companies in court. Among our clients are both transport firms and drivers. We have obtained extensive experience in representing our clients on different sides in various types of cases. We are familiar with the specific needs of the transport sector. We are up to date with new court judgements which concern lump sum amounts for accommodation, allowances, and other components of drivers’ salaries. On behalf of our clients we have undertaken numerous lawsuits against their counterparties – transport subcontractors, shippers and consignors. We have secured many payment orders and judgements which acknowledged our suits. We represent our clients at court hearings throughout the country.
